A request must be made electronically to F1[email protected].
(2)
But where it is not reasonably practicable for the requester to make a request electronically, a request may be submitted in hard copy to Sanctions Unit, F2Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, King Charles Street, London SW1A 2AH.
