Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Appointed Day) Order 1999.

In this Order–

• “the 1996 Act” means the Education Act 1996^f1; and

• “the 1998 Act” means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
