In Schedule 8 (provisions relating to the body to be known as the Education Transfer Council)—

(a)

omit paragraph 6(3); and

(b)

in paragraph 8—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (4), omit “given with the consent of the Treasury”; and

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (7), for “Treasury” substitute “ Secretary of State ”.
