Regulation 26 Obstruction

A person (“P”) must not obstruct any person acting in the execution of these Regulations (“O”).

P must give to O any assistance or information that O may reasonably require of P for the performance of O’s functions under these Regulations.

P must not furnish any false or misleading information to O.

P must produce a record to O when required to do so by O.
