Paragraph 109 Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1992 (c. 60)I1

In section 11(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1992 (commencement), at the end there is inserted “or, in the case of a draft of an order in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Parliament”.
