Paragraph 137 Nuclear Installations (Insurance Certificate) Regulations 1965 (S.I. 1965/1823)I1

In regulation 2(2)(c) of the Nuclear Installations (Insurance Certificate) Regulations 1965, at the end there is inserted “or where the government department concerned is part of the Scottish Administration the Scottish Ministers;”.
