Paragraph 138 Secretary of State for the Environment Order 1970 (S.I. 1970/1681)I1

In paragraph 21(1) of Schedule 3 to the Secretary of State for the Environment Order 1970 (amendments and adaptations of enactments), at the end there is inserted “but, in relation to land in Scotland, where functions in relation to any statutory undertakers have been transferred by or under the Scotland Act 1998 to the Scottish Ministers the “appropriate Minister” shall be the Scottish Ministers.”.
