The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 1994^f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 62A^f2–

(a)

in paragraph (1), after “member of Parliament”, there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)–

(i)

after “member of Parliament”, where those words first appear, there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”; and

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b), after “member of Parliament,” there is inserted “member of the Scottish Parliament,”;

(c)

in paragraph (3), after “member of Parliament” there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”.
