Paragraph 169 Royal Charter of the Scottish Sports Council granted 21st January 1972 and amended 19th November 1996 and 17th November 1998I1

The Royal Charter is amended as follows.

In the first preamble there is added at the end “and Our Scottish Administration”.

In article 2(d) after “Departments of Our Government” there is added “Our Scottish Administration”.

In article 3(a) for “Our Government” there is substituted “Our Scottish Administration”.

In article 5 “including any monies voted by Parliament” is omitted.

In article 12 for “Our Scottish Office” there is substituted “Our Scottish Administration”.

In article 15 “with the approval of the Lords Commissioners of Our Treasury” is omitted.

For article 19(a) there is substituted “references to Our Secretary of State shall be read as if they were references to Our Scottish Ministers”.

In article 19(b) “for Scotland,” is omitted and there is added at the end “and Our Scottish Ministers”.
