Paragraph 168 Criminal Legal Aid (Fixed Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/491)I1

After regulation 2(1)(g) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Fixed Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 there is inserted–

“(h)

any reference on a devolution issue under paragraph 9 of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998.”.
