The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 are amended as follows.
(2)
In sub-paragraph 14(2) of Schedule 3 delete the word “Scotland”.
(3)
After sub-paragraph 14(2) there is inserted–
“(3)In sub-paragraph (1) above, “Health Minister” means, in respect of Scotland, the Scottish Ministers”.
