Article 91 Effect of demise of the CrownI1
Scotland
A proclamation dissolving the Parliament as mentioned in section 2(5) F1, or requiring the poll at the election to be held on a different day as mentioned in section 2(5E), of the 1998 Act shall not be affected by the demise of the Crown.
