Rule 32 Custody outside a centre

A trainee being taken to or from a centre in custody shall be exposed as little as possible to public observation and proper care shall be taken to protect him from curiosity and insult.

A trainee required to be taken in custody anywhere outside a centre shall be kept in the custody of a custody officer or of a police officer.
