in sub-paragraph (v), for “of that Act” substitute “ of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or under Chapter 2 of Part 10 of the Sentencing Code ”;

in sub-paragraph (via), after “section 226B of that Act” insert “ or under section 254 of the Sentencing Code ”.
