In Schedule 6 to that Act—

(a)

in paragraph 2(1), for “section 32” substitute “ section 69 of the Sentencing Code (as applied by section 238(6) of the Armed Forces Act 2006) ”;

(b)

in paragraph 5(1)(a)(via), after “section 226B of that Act” insert “ or section 254 of the Sentencing Code ”.
