In section 70(1)(j)(i) of the English language text of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(2)

In section 70(1)(j)(i) of the Welsh language text of that Act, after “adran 76 o Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 222 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
