In regulation 2(j)(i) of the English language text of the Homelessness (Intentionality) (Specified Categories) (Wales) Regulations 2015, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(2)

In regulation 2(j)(i) of the Welsh language text of those Regulations, after “adran 76 o Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddol (Dedfrydu) 2000” insert “neu adran 222 o'r Cod Dedfrydu”.
