Section 364 Restraining orders: meaning of “conduct” and “harassment”I1

For the purposes of this Chapter—

• “conduct” includes speech;

• “harassment”, in relation to a person, includes—

  1. (a)

     alarming the person, or

  2. (b)

     causing the person distress.
