Her Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Special Provisions) Act 1957^f1 and of all other powers Her enabling, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
