Article 25 Education (Specified Work) (England) Regulations 2012

In regulation 3 of the Education (Specified Work) (England) Regulations 2012f1, paragraph (2) (a)(iii) is amended as follows—
I1(a)
“80AA,” and “80BB,” are omitted;
I2(b)
after sub-paragraph (iv) the following paragraph is added—
“(v)the right to shared parental leave conferred by section 75E or 75G of the ERA 1996;”.
