The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairsf1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 124(1) and (2) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966f2 and now vested in it.

These Regulations may be cited as the Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026 and come into operation on 6 February 2026.
