Work No. 9 – shown on sheet 1 of the works plans and being the construction of a new bus-only carriageway, with a combined length of 185 metres, linking the existing A102 Blackwall Tunnel southern approach southbound carriageway with the existing northbound carriageway of Millennium Way and linking to the new bus-only carriageway (Work No. 10), including—
the construction of diverge bus-only access carriageway from the existing A102 Blackwall Tunnel southern approach southbound carriageway (to the north of Work No. 2);
the construction of a new bus-only carriageway with a length of 35 metres providing a direct link between the new bus-only diverge from the southbound A102 Blackwall Tunnel southern approach carriageway (Work No. 9(a)) and the new bus-only merge to the northbound Silvertown Tunnel southern approach (Work No. 10); and
the construction of a new junction for a bus-only egress onto the existing northbound carriageway of Millennium Way.
