Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Single Source Contract (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018.

This Part and Part 2 of these Regulations come into force on 31st January 2019.

Part 3 of these Regulations comes into force on 1st April 2019.
