Section 75 Recovery of Great Britain payments.

Without prejudice to any other method of recovery—

(a)

amounts recoverable under any statutory provision having effect in Great Britain and corresponding to a statutory provision mentioned in section 69(8) above shall be recoverable by deduction from benefits prescribed under that subsection;

(b)

amounts recoverable under any statutory provision having effect in Great Britain and corresponding to section 73 above shall be recoverable by deduction from benefits prescribed under subsection (4) of that section; and

(c)

amounts recoverable under Part III of the Great Britain Administration Act shall be recoverable by deduction from benefits prescribed F1under section 69(8) .
