Regulation 5 Amendment of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006

The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 6 (capital to be disregarded), in paragraph 9(1) after paragraph (h) add—

“(i)
maternity allowance under section 35 of the Act^f2 (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner),”.
