Regulation 6 Amendment of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006

The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 6 (capital to be disregarded), at the end of paragraph 21(2) add—
“(s)maternity allowance under section 35 of the Actf2 (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner).”.
