In section 1(4) of the M1Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 (assessment of disablement) for the words “section 57 of the Social Security Act 1975 or” there shall be substituted the words “ section 103 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 or section 57 of ”.
