In section 4(3) of that Act (appeal on question of law)—

(a)

for the words “94 of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ 18 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and

(b)

for “93(1)” there shall be substituted “ 17(1) ”.
