In section 10(2) of that Act (construction)—

(a)

for the words “the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 or the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and

(b)

for the words “that Act” there shall be substituted the words “ either of those Acts ”.
