Paragraph 5

In section 143(3)(c) of that Act the following sub-paragraphs shall be substituted for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iii)—

“(i)

paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service Act 1977;

(ii)

the Children Act 1989; or

(iii)

section 37 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.”.
