Social Security

Coming into force 6th April 2010

The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992^f1 and section 3(2) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992^f2.

The Secretary of State and the Department for Social Development^f3 concur in the making of these Regulations.
