Regulation 2 Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976

The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 8(1) M2 (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed), for “£95”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ £100 ”.
