Regulation 14 Amendment to the Income Support Regulations: persons in relevant educationI1

At the end of regulation 13(3)(b)(iii) of the Income Support Regulations (circumstances in which persons in relevant education are to be entitled to income support)^f1 add—

who is entitled to an employment and support allowance which includes a work-related activity component or support component.”.
