Article 2 Modification of Acts

The Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 M1 and the Jobseekers Act 1995 M2 are modified to such extent as may be required to give effect to the provisions contained in the Convention set out in the Schedule so far as they relate to England, Wales and Scotland.
