The Secretary of State may by regulations direct that section 58A of this Act and this Schedule shall have effect, in such cases as he may specify.
(2)
In sub-paragraph (1) above “modification”, without prejudice to the generality of that sub-paragraph, includes addition, omission, and amendment.
