The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 175(3) of, and paragraph 5(7)(b) and (7A) of Schedule 3 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to itf2.
