Article 43 Amendment to the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Schemes for Assisting Persons to Obtain Employment) Regulations 2013

In Regulation 3 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Schemes for Assisting Persons to Obtain Employment) Regulations 2013 (schemes for assisting persons to obtain employment)f1—

(a)

in paragraph (8B)(b)(ii) after “subject to” insert—

  • “an EHC plan or to”; and

(b)

in paragraph (9) before the definition of “Learning Difficulty Assessment” insert—

  • ““EHC plan” means a plan maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.
