Article 44 Amendment to the Inter-authority Recoupment (England) Regulations 2013

(1)

The Inter-authority Recoupment (England) Regulations 2013^f1 are amended as follows.

For regulation 4(1)(a) (cases in which recoupment is required: English home authority, Welsh providing authority) substitute —

“(a)
a child for whom an EHC plan is maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.

(3)

For regulation 5(1)(a) (cases in which recoupment is required: English home authority, English providing authority), substitute——

“(a)
a child for whom an EHC plan is maintained under section 37(1) of the Children and Families Act 2014;”.
