The hourly rate for any class of SRM inspector shall be calculated so as to reflect–

(a)

the mean salary costs and fees (including pension and employers' National Insurance contributions) of SRM inspectors in that class; and

(b)

such proportion of the administrative costs of the SRM inspections as the Minister considers it proper to apportion to that hourly rate.
