Section 8 Expenses.

Scotland

There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament—

(a)

any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act; and

(b)

any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable under any other enactment out of moneys so provided.
