Paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 (deductions from income support and jobseeker’s allowance in respect of unpaid council tax) is amended as follows.

(2)

In sub-paragraph (1) for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”.

(3)

In sub-paragraph (2)(b) for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”.
