In paragraph 12(1) of that Schedule (relationship between remedies available)—

(a)

after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(bb)
deductions from state pension credit may be resorted to more than once;”,

and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (d), after “deductions from income support” insert “ , deductions from state pension credit ”.
