England, Wales and Scotland
(1)
The undertaker is authorised to operate and use the authorised development for which development consent is granted by this Order.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not relieve the undertaker of any duty to obtain any permit, licence or other obligation under any other legislation that may be required from time to time to authorise the operation of any part of the authorised development.
