Article 6 Benefit of the OrderI1

(1)

Subject to article 7 (consent to transfer benefit of the Order) the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of EPL 001 Limited, save for—

(a)

Work No. 3 in relation to which the provisions of this Order have effect for the benefit of EPL 001 Limited and UK Power Networks; and

(b)

Work No. 4 in relation to which the provisions of this Order have effect for the benefit of EPL 001 Limited, National Grid and UK Power Networks.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply to the works for which consent is granted by this Order for the express benefit of owners and occupiers of land, statutory undertakers and other persons affected by the authorised development.
