(1)
Prior to the commencement of the BESS within Work No. 2, a BSMP must be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in consultation with the Environment Agency and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
(2)
The submitted BSMP must either accord with the outline BSMP or detail such changes as the undertaker considers are required.
(3)
The BSMP must be implemented as approved and maintained in accordance with the BSMP thereafter.
