Regulation 8 Duty to have regard to statements of national minimum standards published under section 23 of the Care Standards Act 2000I1

If the Secretary of State publishes a statement of national minimum standards applicable to supported accommodation undertakings under section 23 of the Care Standards Act 2000f1, the registered person must have regard to the statement.
