Section 2 Notice of directions and revocationI1

The Secretary of State must send a copy of a direction under section 1(1) to the producer named in the direction.

The Secretary of State may revoke a direction under section 1(1) by giving written notice to the designated counterparty and the producer.

If a direction is revoked, any offer made in pursuance of the direction but not yet accepted lapses.
