England, Wales and Scotland
In article 3 of the Swine Fever Order 1963f1 for paragraph (4) there shall be substituted thefollowing—
“(4)In this Article,“meat inspector” means any person who, as respects England and Wales, by virtue ofregulation 2(1) of the Meat Inspection Regulations 1987f2 is an inspector for the purposes of those Regulations,or as respects Scotland, by virtue of regulation 2(1) of the Food (MeatInspection) (Scotland) Regulations 1988f3 is an inspector or a meat inspector for the purposes ofthose Regulations.”
