Regulation 106 Interpretation

In this Chapter—

• “ill-health application” means an application under regulation 162 for payment of—

  1. (a)

     an ill-health pension; and

  2. (b)

     if applicable, a total incapacity pension; and

• “stepped down employment” has the meaning given in regulation 117.
