Regulation 30 Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 shall be amended as follows.

After the definition of “Child” insert the following—

“

“Civil partnership”

A civil partnership which exists under or by virtue of the Civil Partnership Act 2004f1 (and any reference to a civil partner is to be read accordingly).

In the definition of “Contributions refund period” for “paid” substitute “repaid”.
